R&M Bespoke Living Spaces has evolved over the years from being a simple property development company to become a multi-disciplined design, manage and build service, offering key services tailored to our client's needs.

With a strong background in the property development industry, we know that the quality of work and the understanding of the space are at the core of every project. Our primary focus is to study and fully understand our space, allowing us to create a layout that will ensure our design project will be functional and meaningful.

Roy Deadman
Founder
Head of Sales, Marketing and Project Management

Roy has worked for many years managing large projects, teams and major clients across the manufacturing sector. His passion for property development and refurbishment started at 18 years old when he bought his first property project. After 25 years managing many property refurbishments he is now using these skills to support our clients projects to help bring their vision to reality.

With a passion for design Izabela graduated from Kingston University to use her natural creative ability and vision to design and develop beautiful homes.

Jeremy Taylor

With a focus on residential design, Jeremy is passionate about bringing together beautiful form and practical function in his work. Jeremy also aims to reduce the environmental impact on the projects he works on.

Worked in the building industry for 30 years, going through an apprenticeships process. Michael is multi-disciplined across many areas of constructions with a special passion for bespoke joinery and cabinet making.
