Our unique modular light weight system can be produced to suit any unique design. This system allows for quick installations ensuring our clients have great value for money using only high quality materials. We can also build more traditional materials using our skilled team of carpenters and installers.
Depending on the build we will use 2 options for a base foundation. Either a traditional concrete base or to save time and disruption a unique screw system which delivers a much less environmental impact.
We typically only use high quality sustainable materials for a minimal environmental impact on our projects. This compliments the process of enhancing your outside space to deliver an elegant yet practical solution for your project. Our many years experience bring together natural material, design and the space need to deliver your bespoke garden living space.
At R&M Bespoke Living Spaces we offer a extensive range of bespoke finish possibilities:
- Many options for various types of cladding, hardwoods, cedar, composites, render finishes and Shou Sugi Ban Technology (burnt finish wood, very old process for cladding).
- Aluminium door and window frames coated to your colour preference or if you prefer a range of UPVC and Wood options.
- At least 25 engineered wood flooring choices, with other options of vinyl and carpet supplied from our sister company Beds & Carpets Direct.
- The interior will be completed to the highest quality, including plastered and painted walls and ceiling, all plumbing and electrics, plus bespoke units made by our expert carpenters.
